Dilys is the Chief Executive of Workforce Singapore (WSG) whose mission is to enable Singaporeans meet their employment and career aspirations, whilst supporting enterprises redesign jobs and up-skill workers to remain competitive. Prior to joining WSG, Dilys was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Industry Clusters) of Enterprise Singapore and joined the public service after close to 25 years in global management consulting firms including Ernst & Young (EY) and Andersen.

Minhan is Head of Consulting, Ensign InfoSecurity. He leads a team of specialists that provides technical consulting services in red teaming, threat intelligence, incident response and threat hunting. Prior to joining Ensign, Minhan led the cyber response and OT security professional services in a major consulting firm, and co-founded his own cybersecurity company. Minhan had also served in the Singapore Armed Forces, where he held management positions and was involved in strategic planning, policy-drafting and operations in the cyber domain.
He holds a Master Degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Singapore Management University. Minhan believes strongly in investing in people, and not just in technology.

Jedrick is a F&B leader with extensive years of experience in strategic leadership, business development, industry engagement, government relations and operations management. As the current CEO of Popeyes Singapore and SVP, Group Strategy/BD of Fei Siong Group, he provides the vision and direction to drive the growth and profitability of the brands across 180 outlets/430 stalls island wide, overseeing and co-leading aspects of operations, marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, and human resources.Jedrick is passionate about fostering a customer-centric culture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and drive innovation. He believes that in the digital age, organisations need to constantly work on their agility, adaptability, and value proposition.

Gloria Arlini joined Generation Singapore in July 2023. She is a seasoned practitioner in the social impact space, bringing over 16 years of leadership experience across the public, private and people sector in Singapore and the region.
Prior to joining the Generation family, Gloria was the Programme Director and part of the pioneering team of SG Her Empowerment (SHE), where she was responsible for setting up Singapore’s first one-stop support centre for victims of gender-based online harm. She spent 8 years at the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre, where she headed the Colabs partnership portfolio, established a Futures and Scenario Planning unit and co-led nation-wide studies on volunteerism and philanthropy. Additionally, she was the Co-founder of Chapter W, a social enterprise empowering Indonesian rural women through technology and entrepreneurship, and held past roles in the public sector and media industry.
A keen social researcher and advocate, Gloria has spoken on various global platforms on topics relating to the social sector in Asia, and is deeply involved in advisory and mentorship capacities with various non-profits. She holds a B.Soc.Sci. (2nd Upp Hons) and M.Soc.Sci. in Sociology from the National University of Singapore.

Su Shyan is a seasoned journalist with over two decades of experience in the newsroom. She helmed The Straits Times' coverage of business and economic news for close to a decade. Between 2017 and 2018, she assumed the senior role of executive editor at The Business Times where she helped to oversee a larger newsroom. Subsequently, as part of career development, she headed SPH's investor relations, corporate communications and CSR functions. She is currently with The Business Times.
Su Shyan has won several awards from the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) for her journalism work. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and began her career in audit and assurance.
